Energizer offers several training options to serve our community best. If you are looking to take your training to the next level, the Energizer has Certified Personal Trainers on site. Trainers are graduates of the University of Alberta with Bachelor of Education & Recreation degrees and hold Personal Training Certifications through CSEP. Our trainers provide you with a balanced program, enabling you to increase cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility.

All sessions are one hour unless otherwise indicated. Before you schedule your first session, we will offer you a free consultation to see if you have any goals and expectations.

We strongly encourage our members to train at least twice per week in order to achieve optimal results. During all personal training sessions, a professional is there to assist you. This service will provide you with the guidance and motivation to help you reach your goals.

Our hour-long one-on-one sessions provide a comprehensive and safe approach to progress toward your fitness goals. With a focus on body weight, machines, free weights, stretching, and general nutrition, our service offers a well-rounded training experience. Our skilled trainers ensure that each session is tailored to your individual needs, guiding you in the right direction with expert supervision. 02 Partner/Group Fitness Training

Partner or group fitness training is a way for you to bring a spouse, family member, or friend to help you achieve your fitness objectives. We follow the same approach we use for personal training, constructing programs that are based on each individual which provides many of the same benefits of one-on-one training while decreasing the cost.

The Fitness Assessment includes various tests to provide you with an overall measure of your current fitness & health status.

Summer Student Membership Special

Get fit for summer!

If you’re a summer student employed in ATB Place you are eligible for a membership (3 months for $120 & 4 months for $150). Stop by for a tour between 10:00am-2:00pm, Monday-Friday.
