Our weekly classes have something for everyone. It's one of the best ways to get started, make progress on your goals, or switch things up.

Energizer Classes


Monday, December 4th @ 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm w/Susan
During this workout you will move through a series of cardio and strength training exercises. This class will increase your overall strength and cardiovascular abilities. Come give it a try. Drop in


Wednesday, December 6th @ 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm w/Neeru
In this session you will be guided through a variety of practices like breath based mindful movements, yoga poses, breathing practices, sound based relaxation techniques to bring a sense of ease and balance between body & mind which will help connect you with yourself.


Thursday, December 7th @ 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm w/Karina & Greg
Tibetan White Crane Kung Fu integrates kicking, striking, grappling & throwing. Training can also include Chinese weaponry. Tibetan White Crane Kung Fu is well known for its benefits to health, coordination and stamina. Karina & Greg have been training since 2008 and have competed across Canada.


Monday, December 4th @ 4:45 pm - 5:45 pm w/Arden
Spent all day sitting? Why not try out after work yoga session to help loosen up those muscles and feel better before heading home. Flexibility and mobility will help you prevent any injuries and get rid of many of your daily pains.


Wednesday, December 6th @ 12:10 pm - 12:50 pm w/Bill
During this stationary cycling class the instructor will guide you through hills, mountains, jumps, sprints and much more as you simulate a real bicycle ride. Come on out and enjoy this great cardio workout. Minimum 5 required for class. Sign up at the front desk. Limited space


Tuesday, December 5th @ 12:10 pm - 12:50 pm w/Bill
Come and join Bill in this high energy class consisting of cardio and strength drills sure to get your metabolism amped up. Drop in.


Thursday, December 7th @ 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm w/Teresa
Join Teresa for this 45 minute workout which will consist of intervals to get your metabolism going! 20 seconds of exercise, 10 seconds rest ... and repeat. Come try it Drop In.


Friday, December 8th @ 12:00 am - 12:45 am w/Angelo
Build some muscle and burn some fat simultaneously with these fast-paced routines. Designed to get you a great workout in just 45 minutes. Engage all your muscles from head to toe with this intense HIIT session. (sign up at front desk)
