Energizer Classes

In this session you will be guided through a variety of practices like breath based mindful movements, yoga poses, breathing practices, sound based relaxation techniques to bring a sense of ease and balance between body & mind which will help connect you with yourself.

Tabata Step

Thursday, May 23 @ 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm w/Teresa
Join Teresa for this 45 minute workout using the step and tabata intervals of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest. Sure to get your heart pumping!


Wednesday, May 22 @ 12:10 pm - 12:50 pm w/Bill
During this stationary cycling class the instructor will guide you through hills, mountains, jumps, sprints and much more as you simulate a real bicycle ride. Minimum 5 required for class. Sign up at the front desk.

Kung Fu

Tibetan White Crane Kung Fu integrates kicking, striking, grappling & throwing. Training can also include Chinese weaponry. Tibetan White Crane Kung Fu is well known for its benefits to health, coordination and stamina.
