Energizer Classes

During this workout you will move between intervals of cardio and strength training to increase your stamina and strength. Come give it a try. Drop in.
Wellness Wednesday: Just Roll With It
Wednesday, July 31st @ 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm w/Teresa
Stretch out shortened myofascial tissue and release your muscles during this class using the foam roller. Sign up at front desk. Outside if weather permits.
After Work Yoga

Spent all day sitting? Why not try after work yoga to help loosen up those muscles and feel better before heading home. Flexibility and mobility will help you prevent any injuries and get rid of many of your daily pains.
Tabata Step
Thursday, August 1st @ 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm w/ Teresa
Join Teresa for 45 minutes of fat burning fun. Using tabata intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, you will work at a high intensity keeping the heart rate elevated and increasing your stamina and strength. Come give it a try.

Join Bill as he guides you through cardio and strength based intervals designed to keep your heart rate up and increase your stamina and endurance.

Yoga's back. During this class you will embrace all of the Yoga basics plus more. Come move, flow, breathe and relax in this class for all yoga levels. Bring your own mat or we provide clean, sanitized mats for you to utilize. Drop In
