Weekly Schedule

Our weekly classes have something for everyone. It's one of the best ways to get started, make progress on your goals, or switch things up.

Cardio Strength

Monday Sept 26- 12:00 to 12:45 pm with Susan Middleton
Join Susan for this total body workout which will consist of both cardio and strength. Drop in.

PUMP IT UP

Tuesday Sept 27- 12:10 to 12:50 pm with Bill
Join Bill for this 40 minute total body workout which will consist of cardio, strength, core followed by a stretch. During this class you will work every muscle in your body. Suitable for all fitness levels. Come pump it up. Drop In.

GEARED UP SPIN

Wednesday Sept 28-12:10-12:40pm with Bill
During this stationary cycling class the instructor will guide you through hills, mountains, jumps, sprints and much more as you simulate a real bicycle ride. Come on out and enjoy this great cardio workout. Minimum 5 required for class. Sign up at the front desk. Limited space

YOGA

Wednesday -Sept 28- 12:00-12:45 pm - with Neeru
Yoga's back. During this class you will embrace all of the Yoga basics plus more. Come move, flow, breathe and relax in this class for all yoga levels. Bring your own mat or we provide clean, sanitized mats for you to utilize. Drop In

TABATA STEP

Thursday Sept 29- 12:00-12:45 pm with Teresa
During this step class you will be challenged with 20 sec intervals to get your metabolism going. 20 seconds of exercise, 10 seconds rest.... and repeat. Come give it a try.

KUNG FU

Thursday's Sept 29 -5:00 to 6:15 pm with Karina / Greg
Join Karina and Greg for Tibetan White Crane Kung Fu class suitable for all levels.Sign up at the Energizer's front desk
