Weekly Schedule

Our weekly classes have something for everyone. It's one of the best ways to get started, make progress on your goals, or switch things up.

CARDIO STRENGTH

NO CLASS MONDAY MAY 23 | Monday 11:45 am to 12:30 pm with Susan Middleton
Join Susan for this total body workout which will consist of both cardio and strength.Sign up at the Energizer's front desk to participate.

PUMP IT UP

May 24| Tuesday 12:10 to 12:50 pm with Bill
Join Bill for this 40 minute total body workout which will consist of cardio, strength, core followed by a stretch. During this class you will work every muscle in your body. Suitable for all fitness levels. Come pump it up. Sign up at the front desk.

HIIT-SIGN UP AT THE FRONT DESK

May 25-Wednesday 11:15-12:00pm with Susan
High Intensity Interval training will get your metabolism going. This is a great total body challenge with cardio, core, and strength intervals.

YOGA

Wednesday -May 25 12:10-12:50pm - with Ashley
Yoga's back. During this class you will embrace all of the Yoga basics plus more. Come move, flow, breathe and relax in this class for all yoga levels. Bring your own mat or we provide clean, sanitized mats for your to utilize. Drop In

Tabata Step

Thursday May 26 12:00-12:45pm with Teresa
During this step class you will be challenged with 20 sec intervals to get your metabolism going. 20 seconds of exercise, 10 seconds rest.... and repeat. Come give it a try.

KUNG FU

Every- Thursday 5:00 to 6:15 pm with Karina / Greg
Join Karina and Greg for Tibetan White Crane Kung Fu class suitable for all levels.Sign up at the Energizer's front desk

SPIN

TBA-SIGN UP AT THE FRONT DESK IF YOUR IN A CLASS
During this stationary cycling class the instructor will guide you through hills, mountains, jumps, sprints and much more as you simulate a real bicycle ride. Come on out and enjoy this great cardio workout.
