Energizer Classes

Cardio Strength

Monday, June 9th @ 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm w/Susan
During this workout you will move between intervals of cardio and strength training to increase your stamina and strength. Come give it a try. Drop in.

WELLNESS WEDNESDAY: Stairs, outside - Meet at Energizer

Wednesday, June 11th @ 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm w/Sandy
Join Sandy on the stairs for a fun, cardio based routine. Go at your own pace. Non-members welcome. Sign up at the front desk.

Tabata Step

Thursday, June 12th @ 12:00 pm - 12:45 pm w/ Teresa
Take your workout to the next level. Tabata interval training will boost your metabolism and increase your cardiovascular stamina. Intervals are 4 minutes long, based on 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Drop in.

After Work Yoga

Monday, June 9th @ 4:45 pm - 5:45 pm w/Arden
Spent all day sitting? Come try after work yoga to help loosen up tight muscles and feel better before heading home. Flexibility and mobility help to prevent injuries and alleviate body aches. Sign up at front desk please.

Come to relax, breathe and let go. Join Neeru as she leads you through asanas and breathe work that will deepen your mind and body connection. Drop in.

Yoga's back. During this class you will embrace all of the Yoga basics plus more. Come move, flow, breathe and relax in this class for all yoga levels. Bring your own mat or we provide clean, sanitized mats for you to utilize. Drop In

Spin & Core

Tuesday, June 10th @ 12:10 pm - 12:50 pm w/Bill
Join Bill in the studio and ``get it all done`` in 45 minutes. Start with a ``spin`` on the bike and finish with core, strength and stretch. This class will increase stamina and build strength.

Kung Fu

Thursday, June 12th @ 7:00 am - 7:45 am w/Karina & Greg
Join Karina and Greg as they take you through basic to more advanced Kung Fu movements. Learn how to coordinate body awareness/movements. Sign up at the front desk.
